The beamline features managed a wide range of experiments in the area of smooth interfaces and past, supplying various grazing-incidence strategies such as diffraction and wide-angle scattering (GIXD/GIWAXS), small-angle scattering (GISAXS) and X-ray fluorescence as a whole representation (TXRF). SIRIUS offers specific test surroundings tailored for in situ complementary experiments on solid and liquid areas.
